Ribbons and pearls

Morning all,

The big day is nearly here.

We have one more challenge here and this will also be the last for 2013 and will therefore run all over the Festive Season and for an additional week until the 5th January.

But before I give you the theme I'd like you all to give a warm welcome to the newest member of our team JAMIE.
